We are seeing a rise in home buyer coming out at this time of the year. Some agents will say it is the season which is true, however, some will say we have hit the bottom? Do we really now? All I can say is my business has picked up big time with more buyers then sellers. I also have a couple of commercial buildings and they both have been vacant for the past year. Starting the beginning of February we started having daily calls on both buildings that we had not seen or heard before this. I just no the rates are down the home prices are down and now is the time to buy.
